Pro Performance Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Wok

We love cooking with stainless steel in the PC® Test Kitchen because we think it's unrivalled for building flavour, and our PC® Pro Performance Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Wok is no exception. It’s performance you can taste, thanks to our wok's tri-ply construction. Three powerful layers working together as one: a stainless-steel exterior to help maximize flavour, an aluminum core for incredible heat conductivity, and a stainless-steel interior for precise cooking control. With high curved walls and side handles for smooth moves, this wok will have you cooking like a top chef in no time.

You don’t have to be a chef to appreciate the elevated experience of cooking with our President's Choice Pro Performance Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Wok, but you will feel like one! Featuring tri-ply construction, a favourite choice in professional kitchens, this wok provides even heat distribution and reduces hot spots so you can easily mix and toss meats and vegetables and deglaze for pan sauces. Compatible with all cooktops and highly durable, you’ll turn to this wok for more than just stir-fries. Use it for steaming, braising, and deep frying, too.

DO NOT SLIDE COOKWARE WHEN COOKING ON A GLASS OR CERAMIC COOKTOP IN ORDER TO AVOID SCRATCHING OR CHIPPING THE COOKTOP. AVOID OVERHEATING WHEN COOKWARE IS EMPTY. NEVER ALLOW COOKWARE TO BOIL DRY. LEAVING EMPTY COOKWARE ON CONTINUOUS HIGH HEAT COULD CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY, DISCOLOURATION, WARPING, OR MELTING. USE RANGE ELEMENT OF SIMILAR DIAMETER TO COOKWARE BOTTOM. ADJUST GAS FLAME SO THAT IT DOES NOT EXTEND UP THE SIDES OF THE COOKWARE. TO AVOID HOT SPILLS AND INJURY, HANDLE SHOULD NOT EXTEND BEYOND EDGE OF RANGE. TO PROLONG THE LIFE AND APPEARANCE OF YOUR PAN, WE RECOMMEND TO WASH BY HAND AFTER EACH USE. DO NOT USE ABRASIVE CLEANERS, STEEL WOOL, OR SCOURING PADS. RESIDUAL FOOD AND GREASE WILL BURN AND MAY CAUSE STAINING WHEN THE PAN IS REHEATED. DO NOT CUT DIRECTLY IN THE PAN. TO PROLONG THE LIFE OF YOUR COOKWARE, ALWAYS COOK ON MEDIUM OR LOW HEAT. AVOID SUDDEN TEMPERATURE CHANGES SUCH AS RUNNING COLD WATER INTO A HOT PAN OR PLACING A HOT PAN ON A COLD SURFACE.
