1 tbsp PC 3% Plain Yogurt
2 tsp PC Black Label Calabrian Chili Pepper Pesto
1 tsp chopped fresh parsley

Crispy bits:

½ cup finely grated PC Splendido Parmigiano Reggiano

How do I make it?

Saucy swirl: Stir together PC 3% Plain Yogurt, PC Black Label Calabrian Chili Pepper Pesto, and chopped fresh parsley. Swirl over soup.

Crispy bits: Sprinkle a big spoonful of grated PC Splendido Parmigiano Reggiano into nonstick skillet; cook on medium heat, turning once, until crisp. Serve on soup and watch it melt away.
